Process Mapping training and Visio training applies a learning-through-doing approach with a significant part of the day spent constructing swim lane process maps using Visio software. This approach results in the key learning outcome of being able to confidently construct Swim Lane Process Maps being achieved. Our high quality programmes are delivered as public, virtual and in-house training courses.

Your Trainer

Tim is a ‘Certified ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor’ and holds the ‘Level 3 Award in Education and Training’ which certifies his competence as a trainer. He also holds the ‘Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocational Achievement’.

As a ‘Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt’, Tim has been delivering process improvement training, workshops and consultancy for Claudius Consulting for over 5 years. Tim is an expert in the application of process mapping and the use of Visio to support this and developed this course himself for application in all sectors. He applies a core philosophy of ‘learning-through-doing’ to all the programmes he designs and delivers and has developed the ability to communicate the language of process improvement in simple terms.
